When did you start & what’s your regimen?
Juiced 5 times a day. I am now juicing 3 to 4 times a day and one lean meal (Dinner). Plan to keep this routine.
What vegetables/fruits/items etc. did most frequently juice?
Carrots, Cucumbers, kayle, celery, ginger, beets, sweet potatoes, red cabbage, green apples, watermelon, melons and pineapple.
How much weight have you lost since the beginning of your juicing journey?
What other benefits have you experienced?
Weight loss, more energy, better moods, sleep lots better, focus more….most of all healing time.
Describe your exercise routine during this time
Basketball, run and light weightlifting. twice a week.
Has your life outlook changed?
Most defiantly. Feel much healthier and have the energy to go with it.
What words of encouragement would you give someone juicing for the first time?
Stick with it. You will feel your body changing from the inside out. Its hard to explain but its a great feeling.
Before i started juicing i would exercise every day and the pounds would not come off. I don’t have very good pictures of me.
