BURSTING With Energy Juice
Serves: 3.5 cups of juice
  • ½ large pineapple, rind and leaves removed
  • 3 apples
  • 3 kale leaves, including stems
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lime
  1. Wash all ingredients and cut them in small enough pieces to put into your juicer.
  2. Process all ingredients through the juicer (aside from lime and oranges).
  3. Strain the juice as needed to remove foam and bits of fiber.
  4. Add in lime and orange juice and stir.
  5. Drink immediately - enjoy!

If you want to turn it up a notch, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra “kick!”
