No matter what cute nickname you give it, having excess fat around your waistline is something most people don’t want (not to mention the health risks it poses).
There are several factors that affect the size of your waistline. From what you eat, to how much you move your body, to the level of stress you feel… EVERYTHING you do has an impact on how you feel, look and perform.
I don’t know about you, but from my experience… belly fat is a STUBBORN little bugger! Clean eating and exercise get me to a certain point, but then one little slip up and I am back to feeling like a bloated mess.
Whenever I need an extra cleansing boost, I usually head straight for my juicer. Because juice is packed with nutrients and is easy for your body to digest, it gives your body a break from having to work hard at breaking down the food you eat.

The combination of ingredients in this juice will help to boost your metabolism WHILE you are sleep! As a result, your body will burn more fat while sleeping and YOU, my friend, will wake up feeling slimmer and trimmer.
Now, now, now… this isn’t a magic “get slim quick” potion. Nor will it negate the negative effects from eating a burger, fries and milkshake for dinner. BUT, combined with a healthy diet consisting of lean meats, fresh veggies, fruits and healthy fats, consider this juice as your extra BOOST for blasting that jiggle around your middle.
To make this juice (using a juicer), combine:
- ½ glass of water
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- A bunch of parsley (or cilantro – based on your taste preferences)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
Directions: Process all the ingredients through your juicer and you’re good to go!

CUCUMBER: Cucumbers have a very high water and fiber content and are very low in calories. Include these not only in this juice, but also in your daily diet if you want to lose stomach fat! They also help flush out your system.
