How many of us feel sleepy and tired during the mid-day? Our fully-charged energy levels in the morning gradually decreases as we work our day through the afternoon, and napping is just one of the most loved habit that we usually do to fill in the gap.

I LOVE the way I feel! If I graduate back to previous eating I totally feel the difference.

Energy level is much better. The naps in the afternoon have gone away!

I did the BB. Started AR..did 1 1/2 days…now I am restarting I am on Day 2 🙂

I haven’t done much yet. Trying to be more active with my boys, I do have a lower back annoyance going on..I get nervous that I might aggravate it. I know walking is ok but haven’t stuck to a routine yet.

WHAT VEGETABLES/FRUITS/ITEMS, etc. DID YOU MOST FREQUENTLY JUICE?

Green Juices…kale,cukes,celery,mint, lemon or lime, green apples,parsley, ginger
