I started juicing August 2013. I watched Fat, Sick and nearly dead… After watching, I wanted to get more healthier
WHEN DID YOU START AND WHAT’S YOUR REGIMEN?
I went on a juicing fast for 45 days the first 30 days I just juiced. And felt great! After that, I ate maybe once a day. I would juice 4-6 times a day. I drank at least 5 liters of water daily to help flush out the toxins.
WHAT VEGETABLES/FRUITS/ITEMS, etc. DID YOU MOST FREQUENTLY JUICE?
Fruits- apples, pears, grapefruits, pineapples. Vegetables- I juice everything but onions. . Kale, cucumber, carrots, greens, cabbage, etc. I love ginger, lemons, lime also!
HOW MUCH WEIGHT HAVE YOU LOST SINCE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR JOURNEY?
I have lost 38 pounds in 45 days.
WHAT OTHER BENEFITS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?
I have feel awesome, I sleep better, nightsweats and hot flashes improved a lot! Headaches decreased.

I have always been active in the gym . I go anywhere from 3-5 times a week!

I love how juicing has made me feel and I will continue. On this path, just because of the benefits and I have seen the results of what juicing can do! I have been trying to lose weight for a year eating pretty healthy working out regularly and not seeing results because of the hormone medicine the doctors had me on.
