How To Incorporate Kiwi Into Your Diet

The most commonly available variety of kiwi found in local supermarkets is Green Kiwi. However, if you are looking for variety, seek out a delicious and equally nutritious variety called Gold Kiwi.

Gold Kiwi is much sweeter, creamier and less and is characterized by its golden-color flesh.

Kiwis are most juicy and tasty when allowed to properly ripen. Similar to a ripe mango or avocado, you can test the ripeness of kiwis by gently pressing on then. If ripe, they should yield slightly under this pressure.
